PROFESSIONAL FULL-COLOR FLYERS Your home will be professionally photographed. These photographs will be used to produce a professionally designed, full-color flyer highlighting the unique features of your property. Eight photographs will be used. These flyers will be placed on your "For Sale" sign for potential buyers. Others will be faxed to other top agents, as the top agents write 80-90% of the offers. You will also see the pictures of your home on the web. Digital images will be taken immediately upon listing your home and will be entered into the internet and MLS the same day.
PROPERTY VIDEO / VIRTUAL TOUR Almost all of Donna Tripp's marketed properties warrant a professionally filmed Property Video and/or Virtual Tour. This Property Video and/or Virtual Tour will be distributed to prospective buyers via the worldwide web, open houses, and to other Realtors. These "electronic" brochures enable many more prospective buyers to preview your home before visiting, thereby saving you the time and making the showings you do have more likely to result in an interested and qualified purchaser.

LOCAL, NATIONAL, MAGAZINES & NEWSPAPERS You will have a customized Marketing Plan developed for your specific property. I will define a precise target market for your unique property and gear my campaign toward that market segment. For example: Others sellers who are currently priced at 20-30% below your home's price will be targeted buyers for your home. Most home buyers "move up" 20-30% in price range when they sale their home.

Buyer home book will be prepared with information on the home, community, schools, estimated utility bills, seller disclosures floor plan and maps (when available)
OPEN HOUSES & BROKER OPENS A Broker Open House (for realtors) will be held within the first 2-3 weeks to introduce other realtors® to your property. This event generally takes place on Tuesday afternoons but this is flexible, depending on your schedule.
SCHEDULED SHOWINGS Part of my marketing plan is designed to maximize the number of scheduled showings to qualified buyers of your property. Before scheduling a showing of your home, diligent effort will be used to first qualify that buyer. You will then be contacted for your approval of the showing time. After the showing, she will provide you with feedback.

They can also stop and take a colored flyer from the box on the sign. This allows them the opportunity to preview your property before scheduling a showing.
