I-4 is one of the primary arteries bridging Daytona Beach and Orlando Florida.  It starts to travel eastward as you approach Deland and is best accessed from Deltona, Debary, Orange City, Lake Helen, and Cassadaga.  It is about 5-15 minutes from west Deland.

HWY 44 takes you to New Smyrna Beach (about 25 miles away).

Hwy 40 takes you to Ormond Beach (also called Granada Blvd.)

17-92 parallels I-4 and extends south past Kissimmee and north to Jacksonville.
